It was nothing more than a 3 second trifle. The amount of time it took me to say "Whoa!" was how long it lasted

I was getting sleepy as well, but the earthquake was kind of like an alarm clock (or Creme in math class).

I doubt anyone would have woken up from such minor shaking though I admit I very much enjoy earthquakes and they are best experienced shaken, not stirred and while one is still within the land of the conscious
